LORD MOONLIGHT is a Regency historical complete with pirates, secret babies, and second chances at love. It is Pirates of the Caribbean meets The Great Gatsby.
When Sebastian Dunsmore encounters Lisette, the woman who jilted him five years previously, he sets out to discover why she abandoned him on the eve of their elopement, after giving herself body and soul to him. He has re-invented himself from the scapegrace younger son plagued with debts, willing to sacrifice his sister in LORD MIDNIGHT.
Now he is a dashing privateer, intent on earning enough to purchase a magnificent estate, hoping to win back the love of his life. To his surprise, she enlists his aid in returning a "valuable object" from Jamaica to England: her son Lucius, the spitting image of his mother, but with a birth date that makes Sebastian wonder, and hope.
