Maureen

I hate you.

Damn it, another brilliant blog that says it all so perfectly. And something for me to think about as I feel stuck in 'borrrring' land in reg. to current WIP.

I must open a new doc and just let the words go wild...yes.

Hellion

*LOL* It is brilliant. Thank you, Donna, for justifying all my scrap documents in my big folder. *LOL*

And I'm really glad you have your computer back!

Donna Cummings

LOL, thanks for your hate, Maureen. I always have to find a way to "unstick" myself, and this was one way that did it. That's what I love about word processing programs and large hard drives -- you can just type away and fill up document after document. It's very freeing, which is what a non-committal gal like me needs!

Donna Cummings

Hellion, I am so glad I have my new computer. Although I will admit *drops voice to whisper*, I got so much done without it being around, I really should pretend it's not here. LOL We'll see if I can stick to that "high productivity HOA" I had going there!

Terri Osburn

This is brilliant! (That's 3 brilliants in one day. Look at you go, hussy.) I think I was relieved earlier this year when I realized I actually do enjoy this writing thing. Some days are better than others, and I'm still learning my process. Though as you say, it is constantly morphing and changing.

But I'm having a blast playing make believe. :)

Donna Cummings

I don't think I deserve that many brilliants in one day! LOL *blushes* But I'm greedy. I'll take them!

You're right about having a blast playing make believe. That's the way it should be! I remember when I hadn't had a chance to write for a few days and I was thinking, "Mmm, wonder what Shelby and Ryan are up to?", as if they were on vacation, and I couldn't wait to hear from them. LOL

So yeah, I enjoy this writing thing too. :) Which I'm "getting ready" to do in just a minute. LOL

JennWalkup

Wow. What a smart idea. I'm def going to try that next time I'm stuck. You're one smart lady!

Donna Cummings

Well aren't you just the sweetest! :)

I do think it's a good thing to try when you're stuck -- or whenever you want to take the pressure off. It's easy to get paralyzed sometimes when it feels like the words HAVE to be permanent. LOL So this makes life a little easier. :)
