A while ago I found out that the Strangers on a Train books were going to be translated into German, but I'd kind of forgotten about it. Today Ruthie Knox tweeted each of us with a link to our covers. What a wonderful surprise! This is the first time I've had a book of mine translated into another language, and I'm a bit giddy about it all.
It's also fun to see another cover for my book. I've gotten so used to seeing Back on Track with a shirtless Mr. Biceps standing in front of the vineyard. This has a more dreamy, romantic look to it. It's also a bit surreal to have my one book with two very different covers!
I asked on Facebook if anyone knew what the title translation was, and Molly Shields said Google translated it as "Ticket Into The Unknown". I think that's an appropriate title for any romantic adventure, isn't it?
It looks like Ticket ins Unbekannte will be released in April of 2014, a year after the initial release of the Strangers on a Train books. I can't wait to see what my story looks like in another language!
Hey, I missed this, but it's super cool and I love the cover. Congrats!
